Givenchy Prisme Libre Foundation

I received the Givenchy Prisme Libre Skin-Caring Matte Foundation from Influenster free for testing. I really like the Prisme Libre loose powder so I was excited to try the foundation.

It’s described as: “A skincare-infused, long-lasting matte foundation that is lightweight and natural while blurring and addressing imperfections for up to 24 hours.

It definitely is matte and I would describe it as full coverage even though Sephora’s website describes it as medium coverage. I would recommend starting with a small amount and build it up.

I also noticed that if I didn’t moisturize well enough, it would make my skin look a little dry, and I also had to go in very light with a finishing powder.

Once I figured out the right amount to use and how to set it, I enjoyed the foundation.

For a high-end brand, I don’t think $49US is too expensive, you get the standard 1oz, it’s a pump bottle and has a nice frosted glass look.

I’m still on the fence about whether or not I would buy this on my own. I have many other foundations I enjoy more but I didn’t dislike this one. I’ll continue to use the foundation and will try to remember to provide an update once I’ve gotten more use of it, especially in the warmer summer months.

Have you used this foundation? Are you interested in trying it?

Don’t forget the Sephora sale is coming up soon and it would be a great time to pick this up!

Sephora Sale!

The Sephora sale is almost here and, I can’t believe I’m saying this, there isn’t any makeup I want 😳

I am repurchasing the Algenist Genuis Liquid Collagen which I bought during last year’s sale and still have some left but will probably run out by the time the next sale comes around.

I can really see a difference in my forehead wrinkles when I use this under my makeup.

The next item on my list is the Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb perfume

I’ve heard so many people talk about this and finally got a travel size and completely fell in love with it!

What are you getting or what would you recommend?
